Fiscal sponsorship is a legal and financial arrangement that offers a practical solution for organizations without tax-exempt status to receive grants and tax-deductible donations by partnering with a fiscal sponsor. In some cases collaborating with a fiscal sponsor can be a complex process, as it requires adherence to specific legal requirements by both parties. Nonetheless, fiscal sponsorship can provide valuable support and enable organizations that may not possess tax-exempt status to achieve their goals.
As we build the organizational infrastructure, we are pleased to announce that we have a sponsorship arrangement. In this arrangement, despite not being recognized as tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) 3, we can still accept donations & host fundraising events to support our cause and our donors can claim up to 100% tax deductions on their income taxes.
This will enable us to raise money for our charitable purposes and you the donor will receive Tax Credit.
