Fiscal Sponsorship and a 501 (c) (3).

Fiscal sponsorship is a legal and financial arrangement that offers a practical solution for organizations without tax-exempt status to receive grants and tax-deductible donations by partnering with a fiscal sponsor. Collaborating with a fiscal sponsor can sometimes be complex, requiring both parties to adhere to specific legal requirements. Nonetheless, fiscal sponsorship can provide valuable support and enable organizations that may not possess tax-exempt status to achieve their goals.

As we build our organizational infrastructure, we are pleased to announce our fiscal sponsorship arrangement. Under this fiscal sponsorship arrangement, although not tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), we can accept donations and host fundraising events. Our donors can claim up to 100% tax deductions on their contributions.

This arrangement enables us to raise funds for our charitable purposes, while donors receive a tax credit.
